You can pay to early check-in available as early as 7:00 (subject to availability) at an additional cost. For details, please contact our front desk. In addition, you can always check-in and leave your luggage in the luggage room between 7:00 – 23:00.
Yes. Our luggage room is open at all times from 7:00 to 23:00. You can store your luggage here before check-in and after check-out. Pick up on the same day is free, while overnight storage is $15 per night per luggage. Luggage fee can be waived if you have a future booking with us.
Yes. But please note:
1) You can pay online, or leave cash at our reception before it arrives. Otherwise, we cannot receive it for you.
2) Please advise your booking confirmation number and the consignee of your parcels in advance.
3) Make sure it arrives during the time you stay.
4). Inform us when you check-in.
We keep lost and found items for a week. If we found your belongings, we can send it to your address for a fee, which includes shipping and processing fee of 15%. Advance payment would be required.
No. The lobby is open at all times and you can get into hostel as long as you have your room key
You will receive a confirmation by email. If you do not receive the email confirmation, please check your junk mailbox.
Your Credit Card information is required to guarantee your booking. No charge will be processed on your card. You can settle your payment by Cash upon arrival
Please fill out the group booking form. We will assign a coordinator to follow-up on your specific case.
Yes. Please make sure that you modify it 3 days before your arrival date, otherwise cancellation penalty will apply. To make changes, please check our reservation policy for details.
1. Cancellation made 3 days before your arrival day, 100% room fee could be refunded.
2. Cancellation made 1~2 days before your arrival day, 50% room fee could be refunded.
3. Cancellation made on arrival day or directly No Show, no fee will be refunded.
4. No refund after check-in.
Example: Check-in on Dec 20, and the last day for free cancellation is Dec 16th.
We can add an extra mattress in the Deluxe Room at an additional cost of 400,000 VND.
Yes! If there is a bed of room on the preferred floor available, we can arrange that for you. Please let us know in advance your preference so we can make sure to reserve it. Please kindly understand that we cannot guarantee your room/bed location.

Yes, we provide hair dryer in all private rooms, and in the shower rooms for dormitory.
Yes, the shower rooms offer hot water at all times. Whenever you arrive you can have a comfortable shower!

Yes. We have a bed curtain for every single dorm bed, so you can maintain privacy inside your bed.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, water dispenser and kitchenware.
We offer free and unlimited wifi at all times.
Every bed is equipped with a locker which can be opened with your room key. You do not need to prepare your own lock.
Toiletries are free of charge when you book a private room. Please ask the reception should you require anything. If you book dormitory, you can buy/rent toiletries at the reception.
RESTRICTION
- In-house guests’ visitors are welcomed in the common area from 7:00 – 22:00, but please check-in at front desk first. In addition, room access is limited to in-house guest only.
- Due to safety concerns, we do not allow guests under 4 years old.
- Minors between age 4 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult and stay in a private room.
- Minors between age 13 to 18 who plan to stay in a dorm, a guardian’s permission form must be signed and provided to front desk upon check-in. Please email us for the form in advance.
